Dr. Aditya Kumar Chauhan holds his PhD in Mathematics from Dr. B. R. Amebdkar University, Agra. The title of his Ph.D was “A study of Submanifold of certain Differential Manifolds”. He has almost 14 years of teaching experience.
Currently he is working as a Professor in the Mathematics Department at College Of Engineering Roorkee (COER). |

He submitted his PhD thesis in 2008 at Agra University on the topic “On contribution to sasakian manifold & their submanifolds”. Dr. Aruna Tomar obtained her B.Sc. and M.S.c from CCS University in 2001 & 2003 repectively in Physics stream. She had done her Ph.D from IIT Roorkee in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering in 2010. She had been awarded as Junior Research Fellow in a DST project at IIT Roorkee. She has several research papers in various national and international conferences to her credit. |

Dr. Deep Gupta Obtained B.Sc.(1997) degree from Meerut University, M.Sc. (1999), Ph.D (2006) with specialization in Environmental Sciences from Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar and NET in Environmental Sciences (2005) from ASRB, New Delhi. Nominated for the Award of Research Internship in the Central Building Research Institute Roorkee, under the CSIR Diamond Jubilee Research Interns Award Scheme. She worked as a Research Intern (from 2005 to 2007) in E.S.T. and C.P. Division (Materials evaluation laboratory) of C.B.R.I. Roorkee. She has nine years research experience in various Physicochemical and Microbiological parameters (soil, Fly ash and cement) and involved in R&D activities of Environment and waste utilization. She worked as a Sr. lecturer at Shobhit University, Meerut from August 2007 to Aug. 2010. She is working here as Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering Department since Sep. 2010. |

Dr. Dharam Vir Gupta obtained his Masters Degree M.Sc. from University of Roorkee in 1982. He then obtained his PhD degree on the topic "Singular Lorentz limit of Some Gravitational Metrices and Some Pseudo - Spherically Symmetric Fluids" in 1991 at IIT Roorkee. He got UGC Junior Research Fellowship, Senior Research Fellowship for carrying out research work in "Theory of Relativity and gravition" at IIT Roorkee. Furhter he joined COER in July 1999 and currently he is working as Professor in Mathematics Department at COER. |

Dr. Garima Krishna obtained her Ph.D. (2011) with specialization in Neural Networks in Computer Science from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. She received Young Scientist Award for her research in 2009 and Best Research Paper Award in 2012. She added several awards for her academic excellence (like Platinum Award, Diamond Award, Gold Award, Super Silver Award etc.). Maintaining the path of progress Prof. Garima Krishna has achieved the position of member of Advisory Board and Editorial Board of an International Journal. She worked as an Asst. Professor in Govt. College (Kumaon Engineering College Dwarahat, Almora) of Uttarakhand. She has published more than 25 research papers in various International/ National Journals and conferences. She has 10 years of experience in teaching and involved in R&D activities of Computer Science. She has guided 8 M. Tech. dissertations. Presently she is working as Professor in Computer Science and Engineering at COER. |

Dr. J.M.L. Gupta obtained his bachelor degree B.Sc. from Aligarh University in 1965 and masters degree M.Tech. from University of Roorkee in 1982. He then submitted his Ph.D degree in Mechanical Enggineering at IIT Roorkee in 1989". He has worked on more than 4 projects sponsered by MHRD, Govt. of India. He has worked out as Production manager at BHEL. He has published four different books for diploma and Engineering Students. He has recipient of U.P. State best Polytechnic Teacher's Award working at K.L. Polytechnic Roorkee. He is the life time member of Indian Society of Technical education. He joined COER in August 2001 and currently he is working as Professor in Mechanical Engineering Department at COER. |

Dr. Kamal Kapoor completed his M.Sc. in 1995 from HNB University in Physics. He obtained First class degree of M.Phil. in 1997 from IIT Roorkee in instrumentation. He then completed his Ph.D in 2008 from Gurukul kangri University, Hardwar in area of solid state Physics. From August 06, 1997 - March 17, 2001: Worked as Project Fellow in a research project “Digital Seismic Network in Kumaun Himalaya Region" at earthquake Engineering department, IIT Roorkee. He joined COER in March 2001 and currently he is working as a Professor in Physics Department at COER. |

Dr. Mohit Gupta obtained his M.Sc.(Mathematics) degree in 2005. Subsequently he joined teaching and has a teaching experience of more than 6 and half years to his credit. He has been actively involved in teaching of Mathematics to Engineering, MCA, and MBA students. He has submitted his Ph.D thesis entitled "Numerical Transient State Solutions of Queueing Models" in HNB Garhwal University, Srinagar in the field of "Queueing Theory". He has published several research papers in the reputed journals. |

Dr. Pankaj Bijalwan is Ph.D in Management and his research title was Eco tourism in Uttaranchal : “Exploration of Economic Growth Model”. He has also Undergone Management Teacher Programme organized by Strategic Management Forum at IIM Lucknow . He has around 12 years of teaching experience .He is currently designated as Professor in COER-SM. His area of expertise are Marketing of Services, Training and Development, Organizational Behaviour, Advertising Management, Counseling Skills. He has also worked as HR trainer for various Indian and Multinational companies. He delivers lectures in various reputed institutes on regular basis. He has contributed in various national journals and also presented research papers in various national and international conferences and seminars. He is Member of Indian Society of Training and Development (ISTD). He is also Chapter Head of Roorkee, Hardwar and Rishikesh of Management Teachers Consortium Global ( MTC Global). |

Dr. P.S. Kulkarni obtained her M.Sc. degree in Mathematics from Nagpur University in 1975.She completed her PhD in Applied Mathematics from University of Roorkee in 1985. Her Title of thesis was “Creep Deformation and stress Analysis in some Structural Components”. She Worked as Senior Research Fellow at IIT Roorkee in the project on Ganga Water Pollution sponsored by Department of Environment, Govt. of India from April 1986 to December 1986. She also worked as Research Associate at IIT Roorkee in the project on composite Materials sponsored by MHRD from October 1987 to August 1988. November 1987 – August 1988 she had served Al Mustansyria University, Iraq as a Lecturer. She joined COER in August 1999 and Currently she is working as an Assistant Professor in Mathematics Department. |

Dr. Susanta Chaudhuhuri obtained his Ph.D on the topic “‘Study on Bridge Pier Scour in Clay-Sand Mixed Cohesive Beds - an Experimental Approach’ from Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur, West Bengal, in 2010. His area of research includes ‘soil erosion and sediment transport’. In post graduation he ranked second in the University. He has a good numbers research publication in reputed international and national journals. His Ph.D research project rated as ‘Excellent’ by the Department of Science and Technology of the Government of India. He received the ‘Best Subject Award’ of the year 2011 for one of his research publication, in ‘Environmental Engineering’ section from ‘The Institution of Engineers- India’. He has 4 years of research and more than 3 years of teaching experiences and presently serving as an ‘Assistant Professor’ in the Department of Civil Engineering of COER. |

Dr. V. K. Singh obtained his Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi in 1997 and did Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application in 1991. He got BHU Research Scholarship; JRF and SRF of MOEn&F,New Delhi; SRF and Research Associateship of CSIR, New Delhi for carrying out research work. His field of interest is removal of heavy metals and radiotoxic ions from aqueous solution/water/wastewater using Radiotracer Technique. He is Life Member of National Environmental Science Academy, New Delhi.
Total Publications 32 where 14 research papers published in international journal; contributed chapters in 2 books; 18 papers published in international and national conference.
At COER, he looked after hostel as Chief Warden for quite long period; convenor Literary Committee; Chief Editor college magazine MUCUR. |

Dr. Vipin Kumar Mehta joined B.Tech in Chemical Technology in 1980 at Kanpur University. After completition of his B.Tech, Mr. Mehta joined M.Tech and completed in 1982 from Kanpur University in Chemical Technology. He then obtained his Ph.D in Chemical Engineering in 1990 from University of Roorkee on the topic " Study of the effects of conducting Grade carbon black in glass-epoxy Composites". From September 1982 to 1986, he served Tech-Invest India Pvt. Ltd. Hardwar as Asst. Engineer (R&D). Then for 3 years he worked as Research Fellow at Chemical Enggineering Depatment, University of Roorkee. He has served for than 10 years to more than 5 semi government companies. Then in January 1998 he joined academics as a Lecturer in Chemical Engg. Department at Dr. K.N.Modi Institute of Engineering & Technology. In June 1999, he joined College of Enggineering Roorkee. Currently He is working as Proffesor and Head, Chemistry Department at COER. |
