How to apply?

Download the admission form of respective courses for which admission is sought and then filled up all the entries of the form neatly along with all the attested documents attached with the admission form. A draft of Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand Only) is to attach with the admission form in name of "COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING ROORKEE" payable at "HARDWAR"

Important Instructions :

1. Admission shall be strictly on the merit of AIEEE - 2009 and UKSEE - 2009 for B.Tech and MCA respectively and for MBA latest MAT score card is must.

2. Filling up of admission form does not gurantee the admission

3. Admission form without draft of Rs. 1000/- shall be rejected and will not be accepted for the consideration

4. All the courses are affiliated with Uttrakhand Technical University, Dehradun.

5. Any false information shall be liable for the cancellation of admission at any stage.

General Admission Guidance

B.Tech

1. Admission to B.Tech all courses shall be strictly on the basis of AIEEE-2009 score card.

2. As per guidelines of U.K.Technical University, Dehradun and Uttrakhand Government the admission to B.Tech shall be as folows:

(a) 50% seats of B.Tech shall be filled as per the rank of AIEEE-2009 Uttrakhand State Rank.

(b) 35% seats of B.Tech shall be filled as per the rank of AIEEE-2009 All India Rank

(c) 15% seats(Management + NRI) of B.Tech shall be filled up as per the rank of AIEEE-2009 All India Rank through college counselling for those candidates who have applied through COER admission forms

(d) Counselling schedule of 85% seats of B.Tech shall be done by Uttrakhand Technical University, Dehradun. Information regarding counselling schedule shall be available to the COER site or at www.uktech.in

MCA

1. Admission to MCA shall be strictly on the basis of UKSEE-2009 score card.

2. As per guidelines of U.K.Technical University, Dehradun and Uttrakhand Government the admission to MCA shall be as folows:

(a) 50% seats of MCA shall be filled as per the rank of UKSEE-2009 Uttrakhand State Rank.

(b) 35% seats of MCA shall be filled as per the rank of UKSEE-2009 All India Rank

(c) 15% seats(Management + NRI) of MCA shall be filled up as per the rank of UKSEE-2009 through college counselling for those candidates who have applied through COER admission forms

MBA

1. Admission to MBA shall be strictly on the basis of latest MAT score card.

2. As per guidelines of U.K.Technical University, Dehradun and Uttrakhand Government the admission to MBA shall be as folows:

(a) Counselling for MBA seats shall be done at COER campus in presence of UKTU representative and Government of Uttrakhand representative

(b) Counselling shall be done on the basis of students who have applied through COER admission forms
