COER is Responsible for:-

• Providing higher education under various faculties to the State of Uttrakhand.
• Providing facilities for research in various fields.
• Providing degrees to all the successful candidates.

What COER Does:-

• Provides admissions for various Graduates, Post-Graduate Courses in different fields.
• We confer degrees to all meritorious students receiving their applications.
• We make available information and answer queries relating to various courses & related matters.
• We offer Faculties and Students for the Research to their respective fields.

How to Apply for Admission:-

• The procedure admission is under the Uttrakhand Technical University’s rules. We offer different courses for which student can apply either online or offline. Students get admission on the basis of counseling and their merit list. Some seats are reserved under the management quota also for which the merit list comes out. All the admission forms are directly received by the admission cell of COER campus.
• Members of the public can visit the office from 10.00 to 17.00 hrs. on all working days.

Remedy of objection:-

• In most of the cases the objection can be sort out by having personal meetings with Director General or Dean (Student Welfare & Administration) In case of dispute arising, the same needs to be done under the Jurisdiction of Courts.
