Shri J.C. Jain chairman of Seth Roshan Lal Jain Trust is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Texplas Group of Industries. The group includes Texplas India Pvt. Ltd, Texplas Composites India Pvt. Ltd, Texplas Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd, Texplas Power Pvt. Ltd.
Shri J.C. Jain obtained his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Gwalior 1969 & M.Tech in Production Engineering from BITS, Pilani 1971.
He established Texplas India Pvt. Ltd. in 1975 to manufacture fiberglass based insulating material for electrical equipment and subsequent other units for manufacture of mould and dies, wood composites power equipments & material. He also established Vardhman Industrial Estate and diversified into other areas e.g. Arham Services.

Industrial Invlvment:-

After establishment of COER his interest in education has deepened. He is now planning to have linkages with world leading institutions in Fashion & Design Technology. Shri J.C. Jain has been actively involved in several industrial organizations at the national and the state level, some of them being: President- SIDCUL Industrial State, State Chairman- CII and several others.

Social Paticipation:-

He is an active member of Digamber Jain Samaj at national level. He is also the president of Shri Shambhed Shikhar Development Committee, President of Sadana Kendra Badrinath Ji, President of Vastalya Vatika, Matra Anchal, Gupti Dharma – Gannor and many others. COER was his dream. And now it is a live example of quality education. Thanks to his interest in quality education, development of youth into responsible citizens of tomorrow and his zeal, and inspiration to take the institution towards higher and higher heights.

Awards:-

As recognition for his contributions towards education and industry he has been honoured by several leading societies and institutions, some of them being: Udyog Patra Award (1983) & Udyog Ratna Award (1990). Later in 2008 he was awarded “UTTARAKHAND RATAN “at the All India Conference of Intellectuals.
