The word arbiter means “The Final Judgement”. This is a club set in the backdrop of COER. This is basically a creative club established to enhance the imaginative powers and technical skills of COERians. The club makes documentaries for the college like “frame of mind”, ”COER embracing ambitions” and official videos for COER.

This club does Photography at various cultural and formal programs like fresher’s party, teacher’s day, various presentations etc. and this club is also associated with the Eco Club COER making videos on wildlife and environmental related issues. Workshops are held for photography and learning various software’s for example photoshop, Dreamweaver etc.
