As an institution of high learning, COER is dedicated to two traditions; impart to her students not only professionalism but also high level of moral and social values.
The basic ingredients of any technical institution are the faculty, the infrastructural facilities in terms of classrooms, laboratories, computer centre, library, workshop and other facilities of sports, games and other extra curricular activities. Further, if the hostels are also provided with proper facilities and environment these go a long way in developing the overall personality of disciplined engineering personnel with sound technical background.
COER started with the mission and is striving hard to achieve the well-planned and clearly defined standards.
